Lee Evans
Lee Evans is a British stand-up comedian, writer and actor. Born in Avonmouth, Bristol in 1964. He won the Perrier Comedy Award in 1993. He has been described as the modern equivalent to Norman Wisdom.
Evans appeared in a number of films, including Mousehunt, There's Something About Mary, The Medallion, The Fifth Element, Freezeframe, Stomp and Funny Bones. Evans also appears regularly on stage, including an appearance as "Clov" in the West End play Endgame. In autumn of 2004 Evans performed as Leo Bloom in Mel Brooks' musical The Producers and will tour once again in 2005.
